Who would like views like this?

What would you pay for a view like this (Champagne-Ardenne, France) ? Say, less than 30,000 euros. How about if we throw in a house as well?

Terraced farmhouse along the road of the village. Stone building in good condition except the roof above the barn, in average condition. The roof above the dwelling part is ok. Everything is connected. Two rooms downstairs with original features ( exposed beams, stone fireplace.. ) plus Garage and barn.
