This is the finding of the latest Knight Frank Ski Index, which evaluates the performance of real estate in key winter sports locations.
According to the organisation, the resorts of Courcheval, Megeve and Val d'Isere have shown the strongest performance in terms of sales activity.
Earlier this month Propertywire reported on figures published by French organisation FNAIM, which revealed that real estate values in France recorded an average increase of 3.3 per cent in the three-month period from April to June, compared to the previous quarter.
