Property Prices in Provence remain High
What is happening to property prices in chic Provence? Well it seems according to the Daily Telegraph that demand is still high in the chic coastal resorts such as St Tropez. One estate agent reports "feverish demand" for apartments and beach houses below €20 million (£17m) in the area – not from Russians but French, Italian and even English families looking for a second home in a quality location".
