This does look like a bargain: There are only 2 x 2-bed houses and they are actually in duplex arrangement (ie semi detached). They are 55m2 and are priced at €41,900
The 1 bed bungalows (13 in total) all measure 42 m2 (plus small covered terrace) and are priced at €40600 (without planning to extend granted) and €43100 (with planning to extend granted).
We asked the Agency for more information: They replied .....
The houses all have working services with basic shower rooms & kitchens, mains drainage, electric and water supply. They were part of a small municipal lakeside holiday village that was bought privately a couple of years ago. There some neighbouring bungalows (part of the same group of buildings) which have already been extended and finished for sale as new. These prices start at €84000 for the semi-detached (55m2) to €117,800 for a 70m2 2 bed new bungalow with front line lakeside position.
In terms of the ones to renovate, they require some updating in terms of décor, electrics, floorings, kitchen and shower room. Some of them may require roof re-tiling in the next few years, although there are no apparent problems at present. There is no double glazing and the interior walls are not insulated so summer holiday home use is currently what they are good for. They had old fashioned gas heaters but the mains gas has now been disconnected so these would have to be removed. There is a flue so it would be easy to install a small wood burner.
